At Mississippi State University, 100% of my time is to the university. If
I wanted to consult, I would have to fill a form out saying I was doing
work simillar to what I do for the University.
If I took money, the university would be entitled to it. But, if I wanted
to keep the money, I could take vacation days for the time that I work.
Hope this helps.
