first of all, this will take a lot of research on your part.  You have go
make an educated guess at the supplies that you have used and the cost.  Then
look long term and see exactly how much work in the near future you have to
get accomplished.  for a five year budget(I mulptiply by 7), so for a 10 yr.
(x13).  Make sure that you check the condition of all the machinery that you
are using.  If highly based on computers schedule at least 1500 per computer
in office, for every 4 yrs. plus 1. (just in case of addition or failure.)
then basically add the numbers.  Fudge that final number by a little just in
case of emergencies.
