Re: Archive collection managment software
Hello and thanks for replying to my message to the listserv.
Eloquent Heritage does have a Web site - http://www.eloquent-systems.com/products.htm
We liked Eloquent Heritage for its ability to link items, folders, and series or subseries within a collection. Also nice were additions that would allow publishing the database on the Web, which is a major goal in our automation. You can download a demo version of the software and try it out.
We did not like the limited reports that are pre-programmed into the system. Also it looks rather clunky. Also the additions that publish the database on the Web are a bit expensive.
Thanks again for your response. Enjoy looking at Eloquent Heritage.

Hello Jeannine,
What do you like about Eloquent Heritage? Do they have a website? Are you considering making the collection available via the web? Thanks for responding.
Good luck in your search.
Sincerely,
