salaries

One iten to remember about comparing salaries is
location. The cost of living for an area is very
important. $30,000 in Boston is nothing for entry
level. In some Southern cities, $23,000 is adequate.

I think the biggest problem is lack of a career
ladder.
Employees have no where to go. There is no force to
increase the salary if the employee has little hope of
getting a job elsewhere.

One way of increasing pay is to prove what aspect of
our jobs can not be done by someone right out of
college with a degree in any liberal arts or political
science?
