Any competent local printer can do this. All you have to do is supply
the printer with camera-ready and/or high-resolution downloadable copy.
I strongly recommend that you insist that the printer use non-adhesive,
ungummed, acid-free paper for your bookplates. You can stick them on
with archival-quality paste -- or even Norbond.
