Re: Photocopies per hour



To determine how many of virtually anything you can do per hour, check to see how many you can do in 36 seconds.  Other things being equal, you should be about to do a hundred times as many per hour as you can do in 36 seconds.  This assumes that all the records are such that you can easily pick up one when you want to put it on the copier, that none are stapled or paper clipped together making necessary the removal of the staples or paper clips or anything else that would slow the process.  It also assumes no interruptions by someone else needing the copier or any of many other things that can cause a delay.
