We had a similar storage problem here when we had to
move out to renovate the building. While you don't prefer
the metal building, the answer is to try to make the building
usable. In our case, we had several AC units installed and
perhaps they did run all day but they kept the metal building
cool.... are there rental storage units near your operation
that offer temp/humidity control? Perhaps renting these
would be an option....expensive one, though.
