Sorry laddy (or lassy as the case maybe), but you too have added to the S/N
ratio by not changing the subject heading.

Actually I would imagine that if you look more closely you are receiving
some good to excellent advice on how to sift the wheat from the chaff in job
announcements and what to look for in an interview and what sort of
questions to ask during the interview.

Good luck with job search, but watch the attitude.
