Re: newsclippings



Thank you to all who have responded to my original question on how to keep
loose news clippings and how to arrange them to make logical sense.  So
far, most of you have suggested keeping them in chronological order.
 However, they are already in subject order and the director wishes to
maintain that form.

There is a large collection of WWII for instance.  These were recently
photocopied and placed in sleeves in a binder.  Due to Memorial
celebrations and an exhibit at the museum it has already been used several
times as the material IS in subject format.  It has also been used to give
a mother information about her son's service before he was killed in The
Battle of the Bulge.
