Re: Death of a Senator - Advice Needed

First, let me express my great sadness at the most untimely death of Senator
Coverdell. I was just up at the Library of Congress and noted all the flags
around the Capitol and down the Avenues flying at half staff.

I am forwarding your query to Dr. Richard Baker, The Senate Historian, for
reply. He will be the one who can give you guidance.

You might ask him how to contact the staff of Senator John Chafee who is, I
believe, the most recent Senator to die in office.
