thesis title pages
As archivist, I am sometimes asked questions regarding thesis/dissertation
standards.
Our graduate department requires thesis writers to list their undergraduate
degree on the title page, under the author's name. Recently, two of our
faculty members wanted to know about listing multiple degrees for those
students who already have degrees beyond the Bachelor's degree. Should all
degrees be listed?
One institution I contacted doesn't list these degrees on their title page
but includes this information in the form of a vita at the very end.
What are other institutions doing? Should all degrees be listed or just
the latest degree? What order?
Thanks in advance for your help!
