Re: Location of artifacts from the JFK assassination



An interesting claim, but no, I can't vouch for the validity of the story.
If possible, I would diplomatically ask the person in question about the
provenance of the ambulance.  Perhaps he has photos or other documentation
that would help verify his story.

On a somewhat similar vein, just a couple of years ago the Air Force One jet
that JFK's body was brought back to DC on was retired to the AFOne hangar at
the AF Museum at Wright-Patterson AFB in Ohio (which is well worth a visit,
if you've never been there).  Of course the jet had been significantly
modified over the years.  Its  "retirement" was very brief though, it was
soon brought right back into service.  I'm not sure if it has been re-retired
yet.
