Elayne, any impression of scrapple or Taylor Pork Roll yet? Both
seem to be on a lot of breakfast menus in the eastern
Pennsylvania/NJ area, and after being willing to test out the
scrapple when I moved here, I drew the line at trying the pork roll.
At least the ingrediants with poutine were identifiable! (Somewhere
under all that gravy, that is!)
