Re: A Description Dilemma

As an additional comment on the "explicit letters" dilimia, these types of
materials are frequently very useful to historians. While at the National
Archives for a visit in 1995, three of the archivists informed me of a
book they had helped research and was then being published. Its titled is
"The Story the Soldiers Wouldn't Tell: Sex in the Civil War." I later
bought a copy and found it VERY interesting---so did my daughter. I
even think my mother (80 years old) might find it interesting. So, please
don't let your own embarressment prevent others from discovering the truth
of that time, place and people.
