I don't recall where I first heard it but I've been using variations of it
for most of my 53 years. Since I've never seen it written I'm hoping that
in a few more years it will be attributed to me.
As an aside, are you aware that the oldest written (that I've found)
statement that "no man's life, liberty, or property are safe while the
Legislature is in session" is from a New York court?
