Re: College/University Archivists

Susan --

The University of Southern California was established in 1879. Our first
yearbook was The Sibyl, published in 1889, and was text-only. After a few
year moratorium, the yearbook was revived as the El Rodeo in 1898 by the
Class of 1899, and it was glossy, photo filled, and supported by the local
business community. As it is today.
