Re: GLOVES



I wash my gloves, too, and use gentle soap, which seems to be a consensus,
but I would suggest that bleach be avoided.  If I remember correctly, bleach
is kinda acidic and even if you can get it all out by lots of good rinsing,
you wear out the gloves faster.  You will have stained gloves that are
acceptable for use, but not acceptable for "show" (meaning those times when
the television camera or potentential donor is watching you do your thing).
So I always keep a couple of really white ones around along with the working
gloves.

Don't ask me about whether or not to use gloves on brittle paper.  I can get
really long-winded.
