Re: uncovered



Hi there!

It looks like you are describing how AZ complies with
the (Federal) Fair Labor Standards Act.  All employers
have to comply with this--- so we all probably have
some variation of it where we work.  At GW, the terms
we use are "emempt" (i.e., exempt from the FLSA)
verses "non-exempt".  If a person is "non-exempt" he
or she must be paid overtime if he/she works more than
40 hours per week.
