Re: How many sheets of paper are in a linear foot?

I don't know of a rule, but I have an 85 page spiral bound book sitting on
my desk. It measures 3/8" thick, so if my math is right, that comes to
2,720 pages per foot. I'd use something less than that as a standard to
account for folders, some heavier stock pages, folds, wrinkles, etc.

Subject: How many sheets of paper are in a linear foot?

Is there a general rule for calculating an approximate number of sheets of
paper per linear foot?
