Re: Site-specific research or access to materials?



I think it very important in a historic setting to have a separate
archives building that could be built in the same style and perhaps
as an adjoining structure, and appear to be part of the setting...
e.g. barn, for example.   Besides most historic homes do need
a separate area for ticket sales, museum souvenir sales, perhaps
an A/V auditorium, restrooms, etc.
