Collection policy

Hello listserv members,

I am drafting a collection policy for a small archival collection which
collects material to complement the official Court record. It includes
things like transcripts and photographs of ceremonial sittings, records
of social events and memorabilia which might not be considered of
permanent value by the National Archives (whose disposal authorities
cover the official Court record), but documents aspects of the Court's
history.

Does anyone have an example collection policy which covers this kind of
material, or any suggestions?
