 Unfortunately, the current way of providing the
 requested information can deter interest. Instead of
 challenging people's interests and enthusiastic uses
 of our public library, please offer a better more
 robust collaborative approach in accord with our
 Regional and Massachusetts Library of Last Recourse
 BPL mission.



I remain, as ever, one of the many people advocating
 for institutional change and for improving the
 organizational culture of our cities' public
 libraries!
