Bicentennial wagon train information or someone related to the 1976 gathering

Esteemed colleges I really need some help.  The following is about to happen with out concrete proof of what happened ( how's that for gibberish).  During the Bicentennial each state was given a wagon that they drove the Valley Forge gathering and after the gathering the wagons were transported back to each state as a gift the people of that state.  Well, the Oklahoma wagon was stored for free for many years  as a part of my families carriage collection that is owned now by the State Fair of Oklahoma (not a state ENTITY but a pvt.. non-profit operation) and they are attempting to sell this wagon that doesn't belong to them.  But, we who know the truth need actual facts that support the way the wagons were conveyed to each state so we can stop this travesty before the sale.  CAN ANYONE HELP ME?  I HAVE NOT FOUND ANY RECORDS IN OK THAT ARE HELPFUL...
