We may engage in fairly large scale
photocopying of early and original photographs in our collection. Can
anyone readily answer:
Has any official source declared
photocopying to be physically harmful to photographs? I'm talking about one
time, not copying the same photo many times, by the way.
If yes, what is the source?
Are there any products out there (sleeves,
filters, etc) that are considered an acceptable filter of the light produced by
the copier, a product specifically for the purpose of photocopying
photos?
Much thanks in advance!
