The Honorable William Francis Galvin <fgould@sec.state.ma.us>
Commonwealth of Massachusetts Public Records Division

Dear Secretary of State Galvin,

Could our Massachusetts Library of Last Recourse
Statewide Reference and Referral Center be directed
to respond in a more timely manner to request for
 information?...

It's supposed to be our public library! Yet records
 management deficiencies hamper access.

Your appointment of BPL Social Sciences Department
 Reference Desk Curator M.F. O'Brien mfobrien@bpl.org
to Massachusetts Historical Records Advisory Board
http://www.state.ma.us/sec/arc/arcidx.htm
has yet to facilitate access to legitimately public
documents of our Massachusetts Library of Last Recourse
 Statewide Reference and Referral Center.

Please arrange for me to read our Massachusetts Library of
Last Recourse Statewide Reference and Referral Center
BPL President's itinerary denied by lack of response.

BPL President's itinerary may be referred to by other
terminology. The information includes public speaking
engagements, for example, and other public meetings.

The Honorable Angelo M. Scaccia, BPL Board Chair
Regional and Massachusetts Library of Last Recourse
City of Boston Public Library Departments
Massachusetts

Please reply by email don@saklad.org

Dear Representative Angelo M. Scaccia,

By email don@saklad.org
please send the Regional and Massachusetts Library of Last
Recourse City of Boston Public Library Departments
President's Itinerary for this month or this period
 accordingly.

This information is useful for determining how accessible
are our Regional and Massachusetts Library of Last Recourse
City of Boston Public Library Departments officials to
public feedback, comment, suggestions and questions on long
range planning for our public library customer services.

Referred to by other terms, the itinerary is a public
 document detailing appearances, lectures, presentations,
 meetings, etc.

In what other formats is this information besides
electronic word processing formats, paper, web links, et al?...

Or please consider arranging for the information to be
available, regularly updated on BPL web links
 http://www.bpl.org/general/seniorstaff.htm

I remain, as always, one of many advocating for
institutional change and for improving the organizational
culture of our cities' public libraries!

Best wishes,
 Don Warner Saklad
