The following job announcement is a bit off
target for this list, but I thought some folks would be interested. The
Research Division collections includes a depository library of state agency
publications, including historical items dating from the Territorial
days. A full federal depository library, with a lot of historical
materials there, too.
In addition to the Law and Research Library
Division, the Arizona State Library, Archives, and Public Records also includes
the State Archives, Records Management Division, the Capitol Museum, the
Development Division, and the Braille and Talking Book Library. Speaking
from personal experience, the Library has many challenges, but it offers a very
positive work environment with opportunities for professional development and
continuing education.
Not to mention, you don't have to shovel
sunshine. (Too bad we're not posting this in February :^)
