Re: Question for College/University Archivists
Aimee,
The standard I have always encountered is to save two of each AND a single
run of a bound set. Here at Jefferson we keep three copies, which I
initially felt was excessive, but now I am able to loan a copy of less
valuable items (only internally and in extreme cases) without having
sleepless nights.

Subject: Question for College/University Archivists
How many copies of College/University periodicals, such as student
newspapers and course catalogues, do you keep and do you keep both bound and
unbound copies?
Thank you very much,
