Twenty-Ninth Annual Saint Louis Conference on Manuscript Studies
11-12 October 2002
Vatican Film Library
Saint Louis University
St. Louis, Missouri
Guest Speaker: Consuelo W. Dutschke, Columbia University
The Saint Louis Conference on Manuscript Studies is hosted annually by
the Vatican Film Library and Manuscripta and serves as a general forum
for manuscript scholars to meet and discuss their work with colleagues.
Topics addressed at the conference range from Antiquity through the
early modern period and include:
Paleography Codicology
Diplomatics Illumination
Papyrology Epigraphy
Library History Reading and Literacy
Textual Criticism Manuscript Cataloguing
The conference committee invites papers of not more than twenty minutes
in length. One-page abstracts should be received no later than 3 June
2002. Address submissions to the conference committee at: Vatican Film
