Bill Cleveland, Assistant Archivist For Records Management at the
 Massachusetts State Archives, will provide an introduction to public
 records laws and records management issues.

 His presentation will focus on storage, handling, and disposition of a
 library's internal documents, including electronic records.

 He will also include the need and components
 of a disposition schedule.

What does the research tell us?

How does it affect both traditional and nontraditional
 students?

Please join us to hear the about the development of an instrument to
 measure library anxiety in college students, and about some other
 research looking at how it appears in students.

 We'll also talk about some interventions.

Sharon L. Bostick, Director of Libraries at UMass Boston will discuss
 her research on the development of the Library Anxiety Scale, and
 some related research by Dr. Anthony Onwuegbuzie of Howard
 University.

Dr. Onwuegbuzie and Dr. Bostick have written extensively on this topic
 and are collaborating with Qun Jiao from Baruch College library on the
 book
