1. There needs to be more material about state and local public
    records held at reference desks in our cities' public
    libraries. For example, our cities' public libraries very own
    legitimately public records about collections development need to
    be available.

2. The Request for Reconsideration of Library Resources form isn't
    genuine because it's unlikely there will actually be
    reconsideration. When was any library material anywhere ever
    reconsidered under that procedure?...

   There needs to be a form for library users/consumers to record
    information where a library is doing the censoring. Without a
    form to report library internal censoring, the process is really
    one sided.

The manual implies by omission that libraries should be resistant to
 disclosing our cities' public libraries very own legitimately public
 records contrary to the manual's premise.
