Friday Roast RE: Kentucky Fried Chicken Archives

I can see it now in the KFC Archives...

Intern says to the Archivist: "How do I process this? "Original order" or "original recipe?"

Researcher says to the reference librarian: "I am done with the bucket of Store Front Photographs, 1966-1970. May I please have the 1971-1975 bucket?"

Imagine the tough processing taxonomy decisions!

animal->type->part->date
example: Chicken-->original recipe-->leg, 1975.

animal->part->type->date
example: Chicken-->wing-->extra crispy, 1982.

Happy weekend!

Why do you have a bone to pick with them?
