Re: Insulting political cartoon



I think the joke refers to the questionable placement of W.'s gubernatorial
papers in his father's presidential library. I understand the controversy
inspiring this satire is that W.'s gubernatorial papers are property of the
State of Texas, and Bush is treating them as personal property to be placed
where he wants them. I think, therefore, that the cartoon is politically
astute, and assumes that the George H. Bush librarian is asking a valid
professional question of the "deliverer."
