POSITION: Documentation Coordinator (Part time, Temporary)
DEPARTMENT: Planning and Architecture
REQUIREMENTS: College degree and minimum of three years office experience preferably in the Architectural field required. Individual must posses excellent administrative and organizational skills and attention to detail and must be able to maintain and organize archival materials. Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Access) a must. AutoCAD desired, but not required. Background in Architecture, History or Library Science with excellent research skills, familiarity with architectural terms and procedures. Excellent interpersonal skills required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:  !
; Reports to the Museum Architect. Documentation Coordinator will catalogue, log and maintain archive to include design documents, shop drawings and samples and maintain database of building record documents and will be responsible for satisfying requests for access to or copies of these documents. The Coordinator will perform research using automated and text catalogues and knowledge of the archival materials to identify and provide documents as required by project managers, planners, contractors, consultants or other departments within the museum. Responsibilities include in-house and outsourced document reproduction, maintenance of document storage system and area, transport of documents, general office tasks, and miscellaneous architectural tasks including drafting and field measuring. The Documentation Coordinator must be prepared to assume responsibility for special projects as assigned.

STARTING DATE: Immediate
WORK SCHEDULE: 20 hours per week
