The "Front-Loading Press-On Envelopes with Recessed Face" are located on p. 158 of the 2002, vol., 1 Associated Bag catalog.  I had a typo in my last posting:  we use the *2-3/4 x 4-1/2 inch envelopes, Stock No. 45-3-40.*  The measurement is an outside dimension; the actual size of label that fits inside is slightly smaller.  The catalog also lists sizes  *1-5/8 x 4 inch, Stock No. 45-3-42;*   *2-3/4 x 3-1/4 inch, Stock No. 45-3-41;*  and *4 x 3 inch, Stock No. 45-3-25;*  among others.
