A Civil War document looking for a home.

Greetings:

I was contacted by a potential donor who wanted to donate a Civil War
"Soldiers Memorial" for John Ginther, signed by Eugene Wiegand, 1st Lt.
Commander, Co. E. 75th PA Volunteers. The gentleman stated: "I would like
for it to go somewhere that it's possible historical value would be of the
most benefit."

We have a number of soldiers memorials in our archives, so I suggested that
he contact "The Museum of the Civil War Soldier". I also offered to post
this on the listserv for him. As you can see, he accepted my offer.

Can anyone suggest a good home for this document?

Thanking you in advance, I remain,

        A listserv devotee,

        Elayne Dobel Goyette, Archivist
