Look for the Union label.....



I agree with Charles Wick, the old "should-I-get-an-MLS" question always
comes up around graduation time.  The best advice for anyone looking for
work in archives is to get all the credentials you can: work experience,
degrees, certification, Don Corleone recommendations, etc.  The more you
have, the fewer excuses the hiring committee will have for rejecting you
outright.  (Not to say they will reject you anyway, but at least if you get
the interview you will get a few free meals, a hotel room, and a chance to
experience the thrill of modern American air travel....)
