Re: hard disks - short

I don't think the disk could be considered a document.  It is only the carrier or the medium -- like the cigar box that contains the love letters or the stamp collection someone is giving you.  The "document(s)" is the data, images, or text stored on the disks.

Subject: hard disks - short

Allow me a stupid question, probably:

Can the computer hard disks be considered "documents", from archival point of view?
