use fees for citation
Does anyone charge use fees for researchers citing from manuscript
materials? for example, if you have someone writing a book on a woman and
the author wanted to print an extended quote from the diary that your
institution holds, would you normally charge this person?
I've been looking at several organizations' policies, and am finding the
charge for reproduction of photographic materials to be "mixed in" with
these policies, and it seems confusing.
