of course, if you wanted to go with a nutritional pairing, you could try
'lite' and 'high fiber'.

In the apple/apple category, I'd put analog with digital. If you're looking
for a media pairing you might like paper and plastic. And if you want a
technique pairing you might use print and magnetic or print and optical.
