Good Morning to the list,
My question this morning is: does anyone have any
ideas as to the best way to market/promote the services that are provided by our
Information Research Center (Library). Our library
serves as the centralized location for anyone doing research on the sport of
tennis. Our research collections include books, magazines, photos, guides, film
and video that document the sport from it's 1870's origins to the present day.
The center was completed about 2 years ago, and now
we must promote and market the center to the tennis and architecture community,
so that we can "generate a source of revenue" (not my words). Within the past 6 months, we have added a page to our
website, and have recently printed a brochure that will be mailed out to
prospective individuals. However, because our collection is so specialized, I
think getting a good response may be a bit challenging.
I would greatly appreciate any thoughts anyone may
have.
Thanks and all the best to all,
