If μοιχαλίς is treated as substantive, and (wrongly in my own opinion) assuming an aparently asumed correlation illegitimacy and a person's character, then Γενεὰ πονηρὰ καὶ μοιχαλὶς might be taken to mean something in the vicinity of "you both being offspring of poor character and being also a woman intent on producing illegitimate offspring in turn".
