CulturaClassica is a website (Spanish language) that promotes living language approaches to learning Latin and Greek. Some of their members re-wrote Rouse’s “Greek Boy.”

The book came out a year ago and is sold for 16 Euro.

The preview pages show some truly wonderful artwork done specially for the book. It looks like they’ve simplified the story a bit, a good thing.

Connected to this book is a wikispaces spot for developing materials connected to the book. Each lesson has a link on this page.

The book of Ancient Greek dialogues on the right-hand side of that page (also @ 16 Euros) looks not so bad either.

Yes, I thought so, too. I sent them an email asking how to purchase a book (I don't know Spanish) and for a description (in English) of the dialogues book.

There was another book of dialogues that showed up in that slide-show presentation. I think it was Blackie's.

Here is a link to a thread on Blackie's dialogues.

Hopefully they'll reply soon.
Their website says that for non-Spanish transactions, to email them and ask for terms and methods of payment.
It also says that the prices on the website are for Spanish-speaking regions.
I hope that doesn't mean they have other prices for other countries :-)

The two books can be purchased here:
16 Euros each, 2 Euros shipping.

Culturaclasica did not respond to my inquiry about the second book, Dialogues.

A preview of Alexandros is found here:
