New words

Hi, I'm just starting out on Koine self study, and I'm just curious. I couldn't seem to find anything about using Koine for more than just reading the NT and the OT. How do we, as learners of the language, incorporate all these words that didn't exist back in the day? I prefer the Living Koine Pronunciation, so I was thinking, maybe just saying those words in such a way they seem like they are Koine?
I study Japanese full time at my University and that language has a different written syllabary which has the same phonetic sounds as the set for native Japanese words, but because it is different people can identify foreign (non native Japanese) words in an instant. Loan words I guess.
The only thing I could see going wrong is I say one thing, and someone says one thing and everyone's speaking Erasmian lol. Just playing, but is there anything already set up for this? Thanks in advance!
