Studies on Retention and Follow-up to Programs and Courses

Post by RandallButh »

Greetings B-Greek list.

I am wondering about studies that track the amount of Greek that is used by students after they complete a Greek program or after completing Greek courses.
What published studies on follow-up are available?

For example,
what percentage of seminary/BA graduates read a weekly text in Greek when preparing a sermon or Bible study?
Does the percentage correlate to the number of units studied in school?

What percentage of seminary/BA graduates read a weekly text in Hebrew? (Yes, this is not exactly "Greek", but the comparison might be useful and the survey on one language might have included a survey on the other.

Related questions are included, as well. How much material is read in Greek/Hebrew per week or month, regardless of professional use?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.
