This post is intended to be a thread on the various print editions of the Greek NT and OT, and combined volumes.
I note that nobody answered Louis' question about a one volume Greek OT and NT. I don't think such an edition exists. There are Modern Greek versions that combine the OT and NT. One would think that in Greece at some point someone would have produced a combined Koine edition, but maybe the ecclesiastical tradition there is to have two books. Zondervan produced a combined Hebrew OT and Greek NT in response to consumer interest, and I know that there is a demand for a Reader's LXX, so I would not be surprised if in the near future Zondervan produced a one volume Greek OT and NT.

There has just been published a new deluxe leather edition of the UBS Reader's Greek NT. It is αξιολογος for its price ($107) and the high quality of its cover and binding.

http://www.amazon.com/UBS-Greek-New-Tes ... 450&sr=1-3

This would appear to be the most fancy print edition of the Greek NT currently available, but the Amazon reviews suggest that there is a problem with the paper used.

I have the second edition of Zondervan's RGNT. And I like it -- despite the many typos, the thin light type face and the lack of maps. But the thing I like most is the NEW variant reading the editors have introduced at John 14:7 --
ει εγνώκατέ με καί τόν πατέρα μου καί απʼ άρτι γινώσκετε αυτόν καί ἑωράκατε αυτόν
γνώσεσθε, of course, has been omitted after μου, (if that's the right reading in the first place).
Who would have thought such a thing possible in the year of our Lord 2007?

Hello -- there is one published in Greece by Εκδόσεις Ζωής. It's about 6" x 9" x 2" and has the LXX and Patriarchal text of the NT in one volume. But I had to go to Athens to get a copy! They do ship to the US but I imagine the cost would be enormous.

It is €28 online at this place: http://www.apostolosvarnavas.gr/index.p ... uct_id=169
But I have no idea how much they would charge for shipping to the States. (I didn't go through the exercise of creating an account and computing the shipping cost in Modern Greek, but maybe someone else wants to!)

What is the print size like?

It looks like 8-9 lines per inch (see attached image), so...8 point? The print quality is also not perfect, unfortunately.

One could email them and ask.
Book-rate might not be too expensive.
Does anyone know of someone going to Athens this summer, who might get a copy for you ?
28 Euros is about $37.

Could you check the ISBN in that book? I wonder if it might pull up an American distributor. Or if the Greek Orthodox church here might distribute it.

Sorry, it doesn't have one.

Title page:

Η ΑΓΙΑ ΓΡΑΦΗ
Η ΠΑΛΑΙΑ ΔΙΑΘΗΚΗ
ΚΑΙ
Η ΚΑΙΝΗ ΔΙΑΘΗΚΗ

ΑΔΕΛΦΟΤΗΣ ΘΕΟΛΟΓΣΝ Η «ΖΣΗ»

And the OT and NT have title pages of their own, same publisher, no ISBNs.
