A Lexicon to Josephus by H. St. J. Thackeray

I've been wondering how valuable this lexicon is. It seems like it was compiled in 4 parts at least. I'm not sure it was ever finished. Thackeray translated Josephus for the Loeb Library. He died at age 55 or so of heart disease. Here is a list of some of his books: http://www.goodreads.com/author/show/21 ... _Thackeray.
But his Lexicon to Josephus seems to have fallen off the map. http://www.worldcat.org/title/lexicon-t ... ef_results. Has anyone used it? Is it of any value?
Edited: The original post had his name as H. Saint James Thackery. Henry St. John Thackeray is the correct name.
