I'm actually probably the right guy to ask. My guess is that your understanding is proper — use, but no relicensing. I'll confirm and let you know what I find (I will also respond to this thread so the answer is preserved in context for posterity).
One item: Note the SBLGNT (and, thus, the LEB) handles the ending of Romans different than UBS/NA (SBLGNT/LEB include v. 24, omit vv. 25-27; NA/UBS omit v. 24 and include vv. 25-27); so if you're working on the assumption that the reference map of LEB matches that of UBS/NA, then you may want to account for it.
