Nice choice of a text. Why translation?
I hope the font/machine mixup wasn't permanent. You would think that they could have printed a test page first.

And yes, Jonathan, that is a very graphic reason why students and machines should only use Unicode. They might as well learn the Greek national keyboard while they're at it.

I've received quite a few emails over the years asking me to help someone with their chosen Bible verse for a tattoo, in Greek or Hebrew. I always send pdf (with embedded fonts) or jpg, ink-ready so to speak.

Sometimes I do a little pastoral counseling about choice of text and literary context on the body part, but usually I just send the person what they ask.

Let's hope that this picture has been photoshopped. I honestly don't think I'd wish this disastrous tattoo on my worst enemy.
