I see that the news has not yet filtered down to B-Greek that SBL has released a new font the includes Greek, Hebrew and transliteration characters for Ancient Near Eastern and Mediterranean languages. The announcement is at the SBL site as a PDF that can be downloaded at http://www.sbl-site.org/assets/pdfs/201 ... cement.pdf

The font BibLit as well as the Unicode fonts SBLGreek and SBLHebrew as well as the Biblical Fonts FAQ and information about keyboard devices for Windows 7, Windows 8, and Macintosh OS X can be accessed and downloaded at:
http://www.sbl-site.org/educational/biblicalfonts.aspx

For the heads up I thank Mark Hoffman and his helpful blog, Biblical Studies and Technological Tools:

I always wondered why they didn't put SBL Greek and SBL Hebrew together in the first place. This is lovely, really. :)

Just wanted to comment that I don't see a glyph for the capital P that represents papyrus in the mss notation, though there is the LXX C, the aleph and bet, the capital R, the symbol for Samaritan, the cursive small-L for lectionaries, etc. It's a really comprehensive font. There is also no notation for consonantal iota, though there is a j-shaped iota that could be used for that.

Thanks for the link, Carl!

Mind you, phpBB seems to choke on U+1D513 MATHEMATICAL FRAKTUR CAPITAL P
Although it displays fine in the Preview, when I Submit, it gives me the error message:
