Hello everyone,
I was a subscriber to the B-Greek mailing list for a number of years, but my studies got in the way. I did a couple of years of Greek at Aberdeen University, but am a bit rusty and wanted to start reading the New Testament again.
I like the new format.

Welcome back to B-greek

Hi Shirley,
I've been with the centre for life long learning for about the past 6 to 7 years. I was working my way through as many courses as I could with the Bth as a possibility. The centre handles distance and part-time courses and so I took this option as I am about 70 miles from Aberdeen just outside Dundee. To trade I am a gardener so theology wasn't anything but pure love. Unfortunately I have had to give up the studies as a result of poor health, but as I was latterly having to do religious studies courses to make up the points it meant my languages suffered from no attention. My first Greek tutor Chris was a Texan, which I think is quite near you, as near goes, well nearer than me. I have two daughters who are studying at Aberdeen at the moment one doing law and the other Scots Gaelic they seem to like the University, sorry I can't say that I met anyone that you know, but in the 60's I was at school just outside Glasgow.
